About Me

I’m a licensed massage therapist in Jacksonville, Florida, and my practice is fully mobile: I bring the massage table to you. A graduate of Alpha School of Massage, I specialize in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, pain reduction, mobility work, and easing tension.

My Approach

What is neuromuscular therapy?

Neuromuscular therapy is a hands-on approach that targets the root cause of your pain and dysfunction. I work through a neuromuscular lens to identify trigger points (those tight knots in your muscles) and release them through sustained pressure and stretching. Most pain in one spot actually stems from muscular imbalance somewhere else in your body. That’s what I’m looking for and what I treat.

Swedish Massage for Recovery

If you’re looking to unwind and give your body a break, Swedish massage is a relaxation experience using long, flowing strokes. This approach soothes your nervous system, reduces everyday tension, improves circulation, and helps both your mind and body recover from the daily grind. It’s ideal when you need to step back and let your system reset.

Who I Work With

My clients are weekend warriors, desk workers with aching shoulders and tight hips, and people who want to breathe deeply. If you spend your week hunched over a computer or pushing your body to its limits on the weekends, neuromuscular therapy can reset your muscles and get you moving freely again.

What to Expect

You’ll experience relief and restored mobility. I’ll show you why you hurt and what to do about it, because you’re the most important voice in your own healing.

Draping

Professional draping is maintained throughout every session and is not subject to negotiation.

Conduct

Inappropriate language, innuendo, or misconduct of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of all fees paid. Requests for illegal services will result in referral to law enforcement.

Agreement

All clients are required to sign this agreement prior to their first session.

Foundations Massage, LLC operates in full accordance with Florida state law and the ethical standards of the massage therapy profession.

In preparation for our session, I recommend wearing comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing such as a robe or leisure wear.

When I arrive, I'll verify your ID and we'll briefly review your session details. I'll then set up my table, linens, and music in the space you've chosen — this takes about ten minutes to get everything just right. Once we're set, I'll step into the bathroom to wash my hands while you undress to your level of comfort and settle onto the table beneath the sheet and blanket.

I'll knock before reentering, and then your session begins. Afterward, I'll step away to wash up while you redress, then pack up my things before heading out.
Payment is due in full prior to your session. I'll send a secure invoice by email or text beforehand, so everything is settled before I arrive and you can simply relax into your time on the table. I accept credit cards and digital payment.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee equal to the price of the scheduled session. I appreciate your respect for my time, as appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
A clear area of roughly 7 by 5 feet is sufficient for the massage table. A bedroom or living room works well. You don't need to move furniture permanently, just ensure that there is enough clearance to walk around the table comfortably on all sides.
Yes. I arrive with everything needed for your session. You don't need to provide anything other than the space.
It's a good idea to shower before your session to maximize your comfort and relaxation. Avoid applying lotions, perfumes, or oils to your skin, as these can interfere with the massage.
Yes. My standard oil is a blend of jojoba and a sesame-based herbal oil. For anyone with a sesame or nut sensitivity, I keep pure jojoba on hand. Please tell me about any allergy when booking and I'll prepare accordingly.
Yes. Every session begins with a brief intake conversation where we discuss your goals, areas of focus, and any injuries to be mindful of. Pressure can always be adjusted during the session. Your time on the table is tailored specifically to you.
